Insurance and Payment

We are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska, Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare/TriWest, and Medicaid/Denali Kid Care. We also accept some other insurance (e.g., Aetna, Meritain, EBMS, etc.) , but we are not in-network providers.

It is your responsibility to confirm your specific insurance plan's details and benefits. Please review your insurance plan’s benefit summary to make sure they cover the appropriate therapies. We are happy to perform benefit checks upon request, but the results of those are not guarantees of coverage.

Your insurance benefit summary should list any exceptions and exclusions that may not be relayed during a routine benefit check. It is also important for you to fully understand your plan's deductible and co-pay or co-insurance requirements.
